ESPN lists Jim Harbaugh as potential replacement for Indianapolis Colts&rsquo...

The Indianapolis Colts have had its ups and downs since Peyton Manning left.

For the most part, when Andrew Luck has been healthy, there have been ups. When he isn’t on the field — which seems to be often as of late — the team has its downs.

With the recent struggles the Colts have gone through, coach Chuck Pagano has been on the hot seat. Who could replace him if he doesn’t keep his job? Well, how about the man who coached Luck in college?

ESPN’s Mike Wells thinks Michigan’s Jim Harbaugh could be the guy.

“He spent four seasons as coach of the San Francisco 49ers and led them to a Super Bowl appearance,” Wells wrote. “Harbaugh knows Luck well after coaching him at Stanford, and familiarity with Luck would help if the quarterback is adjusting to another offensive coordinator. Harbaugh, who played four seasons at quarterback in Indianapolis, is also the type of flashy name who would draw Irsay’s attention.”

Aside from Harbaugh, Wells mentioned other possible candidates currently with other NFL teams. Harbaugh was the lone college name brought up.
