St. Brown, the brother of Stanford WR Osiris St. Brown and Notre Dame WR Equanimeous St. Brown, is ranked as the No. 1 player in California, No. 2 wide receiver and the No. 12 overall prospect in the 2018 class.
The USC Trojans have long been considered a favorite to land the youngest of the St. Brown brothers, though Stanford and Notre Dame are obviously familiar with the family.
UCLA and head coach Chip Kelly were hopeful they could get into the mix for Amon-Ra; however, the Bruins were knocked out in this most recent round.
The 5-foot-11, 191-pound playmaker had quite the senior year for Mater Dei, which was named the 2017 High School national champions after going 15-0 this year. Along with USC commit QB J.T. Daniels, who was named Gatorade National High School Player of the Year, the Mater Dei offense was nearly unstoppable. St. Brown caught 72 passes for 1,320 yards and 20 TDs in 2017. He also had 2 punt return TDs.
